Trouble with engine ID

I bought an old 1994 Bayliner Trophy 22ft with a 175 hp black max mercury engine. The engine won't run. No spark. I can't even buy a repair manual or parts for it until I have a serial and model number.
There is a tag on the engine Titled "Quick silver" with numbers on it that the boat parts store says are not usable. (see below)

Quicksilver repower
Mercury 175 black max outboard
sn OSCC004390S2
PN 812815R97
BD 05-SEP-00
MODEL 1135/1150

Can anyone here help me?
Thanks,Dellis

Can we see some photos of the overall engine, and serial numbers that would resemble these inside the following guide,

812815R97 = https://www.mercruiserparts.com/812...7yjXukQKIr8-vVwop-loXLI8eKh7gOBvJRHoOEbUF_-5i

Replaces 1990 and newer Mercury or Mariner 135/150 horsepower 2.0 Liter V-6 engines with horizontal reeds. (s/n 0C239553 - 0G960499) Note: Block includes a fitting access hole for an oil-injection motion sensor. [ 2007 - Core Deposit: $ 800, Container: $ 0, $ Bounty: $ 0 ]
BD 05-SEP-00 Should be = built September 5, 2000.

The components left over from the re-power most likely would be 1994 to the original engine… photos may help show that to the right people that help out here too.

To start, Your engine parts guide should be someplace with in the following link,

My. bad, One more thing. The info I posted in my OP is from the engine tag that was placed there by QuickSilver. It's a rebuilt power head. It has 50 hours on it since rebuild.
