Water leaking from exhaust

I have water leaking from my 6hp model {e6rcde} Evinrude outboard motor exhausts . I replaced the head gasket and manifold gasket and still leaks. Is there something I am missing that needs to be done or do I have a crack in the block? The motor start then shuts down. Thanks

????????????????Say what? Exactly where is this leak? You do know that the exhaust is water cooled, right? So obviously, the water does run out with the exhaust gasses. You must be speaking of leaking somewhere else. More info needed.

water coming out the exhaust relief port above the water line at a good flow rate.

I did not know that I thought it worked like a car engine.
