what year 4 hp mariner

I just got givin to me a newer 4 hp mariner.I do not have the book so all the info is untold.The searial# is s106135.I would like to no the gas mix ratio ,spark plug gap, lower unit gear lube weight.And the year.And if I could find out if this little kicker has good ratings.The tiller throttle handle was snapped off of it so the guy was goin to scrapp it.He told me that it was in his back yard for some 4 months over the winter.So I put it on a stand and played with it and she fired right up after a few pulls on the rope and purrrred.I hope to use it for a troller.Can I please get some info on this . Use merc. high pressure lube. Mix fuel:eek:il 50:1. Pull the plugs and measure the gap if not too worn compare to new to get the right gap.
 
Serial number 00106135 is a 1989 MARINER SANSHIN NA 4 MH model number 7004201PU. The (S) is for short shaft.

Your service manual you need is going to be mercury part number 90-17308R02 - 4/5/102CC SAILPOWER.
