Will only replace 2.00 or 2.40 ratio units.

When ordering SEI lower unit 90-116-02H, installation/hardware kit 90-116-03k must be ordered also. The SEI unit is thicker where the lower unit connects to the leg and the original Mercury screws are not long enough.

Uses the latest style speedometer fitting - OE part # 860382. This part is not included and will be required to have a working speedometer.
