I have an 2015 evenrude etec 175 that is having some issues with starting. I put it in at thr ramp and starts right up. no priming the fuel bulb or choking the engine. Idles and runs fine at top speed. Last trip I ran for 15 min to reach the fishing spot and fished for 15min and was hard to start. Acts like no fuel. I found that if I squeeze fuel buld on the line and it is soft. Takes 3-4 squeezes and then is hard and motor starts fine. COuld this be a check valve issue or fuel pump?
