DF150 Starting Problem

I have a 2008 DF150. I am having starting problems. It takes a lot of cranking to get it running. I checked the plugs and they seem to be fouled with oil. Also, it looks like there is oil in the intake. It runs great once it is started. Any ideas on what's going on? Thanks
