quality transom saver

yes..i had one and lost it....ordered one off the web with good money and it has no rubber...the fibre glass or plastic or whatever the little support things are made of broke when trying to remove them to add rubber or carpet etc....piece of junk....still looking for a good one..no big hurry as i am not trailering right now...
 
Papyson; If there is a truck body dealer near, go to them and see if they have the rubber bumpers that are put on the tool doors of truck bodies. Those have a recessed bolt that could be place on the saver you have easly. If no luck at a dealer go to a scrap yard and see if they might have a body with the rubbers on.
Worth a try.
