Tohatsu M30A3 Ignition Timing

Hello everyone,

I want to give my outboard a quick once over for the starting season and wanted to check if timing advance/retard is still within spec, however I have a hard time finding specs.

Can anyone tell me:

1. Correct length for the timing and throttle linkages
2. Denomination of the index marks on the timing plate
3. Degrees at idle
4. Degrees at WOT

Any help would be greatly appreciated
