1956 Evinrude Sportwin 10hp Questions

Hi guys I need some advice.
I just purchased a 56 Evinrude Sportwin 10hp outboard Model #10012. It’s in great shape and runs great. Won’t pump water however so it needs to be serviced. I will do my own work so my questions are: I don’t have either a parts list or maintenance manual, where do I find one? (I can’t seem to find a parts list online for this model) I see Clymer and Secloc manuals advertised which is my best choice? Or is a PDF download sufficient?
Can I just call up Marine engine and tell them what I need and can they help me? I'm new to this and don't want to spend my money in the wrong place.
Any help and your opinions are appreciated.

Remove the plate and the remove the upper bolt in the shift coupler. Then unbolt the gearbox and slide it out. It may take a little coaxing my preferred method is hang a cinder block about two inches off the ground and just walk away let gravity do the work.

Did all that it came apart nicely, now I just need to order the correct parts. I have anew impeller in the bag (came with motor) I just need to verify it is correct. If so it looks like I need a Drive shaft seal, water tube grommet, shift rod bushing and o-ring. I 'm also going to reseal the gear case at the same time.

I bought a 1960 Johnson 3 H.P. in January and found a parts manual (original) on eBay.
