1972 johnson 50 hp need ignition key or switch, what to buy?

hello I have an old Johnson anniversary edition 50 hp, model number 50esl72c
serial number e3642159
on the arm it says hydro-electric drive.

I need an ignition key or an ignition switch, Im not sure what to buy?

Please help, I have he unit apart and I can see the switch, it has
purple and red wire under one bolt
white under 1 bolt
black under 1
black w/yellow stripe under 1
and 1 is not used

I would prefer to just get a key but I bet its not that simple

Is there a number on the key?-----At any rate you need a switch with 2 M terminals for black and black / yellow stripe terminals.

same switch as th one you had me look at,however mine pushes I which I assume is the choke, these don't have a choke.
I don't have a key to look at and the switch has no writing on it, I have 5 teminals in use on my switch
 
Look very closely at the face of the ignition switch.... right where the key is inserted. A number is imprinted there, most likely along with a couple letters. That would be the key number.... and I have a few hundred keys sitting on my work bench. Replacing the key avoids replacing the switch, switching wires over, etc.

What is imprinted there?
 
Original switch in 1972 did not have push-to-choke, which means yours has been replaced at some time in it's life, which explains why no number stamping. We now have no way of determining what switch was put in there or what key it takes.
 
can anyone identify the switch from these pictures? the switch has an E5 on it, you can also see one of the terminals is raised

That raised "M" terminal is for the Black/Yellow wire only..... The other regular "M" terminal should have just one black wire attached to it which leads to a ground. There should be NO other wires attached to either of these "M" terminals.
