I would. I do my own work and carbed 2 strokers are simple and easy to fix. With loop charging and all the included attributes in today's engines of the sort, fuel economy is right up there with the best of them. (obviously my opinion based on past/current equipment). I have such an engine in the 115 hp currently and previous was a 90. Upon searching the www for a service manual for the current 115 I accidentally bought a SM for an "Optimax" fuel injected 115. Holy Moley, what a can of worms in comparison....for my simple mind.would you choose the 2 stroke over the 4 stroke.
