Oil Leak at the base of the power head

I have a mid 80's 85 Horse two stroke outboard motor. I have a two stroke oil mixer/injector that mixes the oil so I do not have mix the 2 stroke oil with the gas. I noticed the other day that there is an oil leak under the power head that must be coming from the "injector/mixer" located out of reach and sight. I suspect that the hose needs to be changed, but I do not see how to get to the hose end at the base of the power head, without hoisting off the power head. Am I correct in my assumption?

The motor is a 1987 90 horse two stroke Evinrude.

I have looked over the u tube tutorials and have not found anything specific. Just want to get some reference information before I go disassembling the stuff to get to the hose. Yep I am a needy person.

Now I have propeller question. I have a 1974 Mercury 115 horse two stroke outboard that the prop worked fine at low throttle(trolling) but when I push to wide open throttle, the motor races like my prop is spun. When I have taken the prop off and examined, it looked like there was no damage. Do I have the wrong prop or do you think it is "spun"?

I would say there is a 98 % chance the prop is spun.-----Block it with a piece of wood.----Then try and spin the flywheel somehow.------With 15/16" socket / rope / screwdriver on flywheel teeth.

Or...you can match mark the hub and prop housing with a sharpie or grind a mark, drop it in the water, run it and see if the marks no longer line up after you run it. You can probably do it at the ramp and see if it slips.
