To 25 hp sea scout . Can purchase complete

my gray marine seascout is 16hp serial 81763 needs replace
would a gray lugger seascout 25hp serial D20176 be an easy exchange (4) possibly a 4 at end serial number
like to know if anyone has a place to look up serial numbers waiting to hear back graymarine shop thx
