    can anyone tell me why they used 2 different y pipes on the 98 4.3 engines 1 piece manifold and 2 piece ?

    you are also going to need 1 merc engine side plug and 1 v/p boat side plug to make an adaptor harness so you can use the same break out box for both engine types. at least thats what i am doing this winter.
