    1957 Evinrude Fastwin 18 Shifting issues.

    I rebuilt the lower end because the seals were starting to leak. It still shifts, but now to shift into forward, i need to pull the shift past the notch on the shifter lock spring, then let it slide back into place. it works, but its kind of a pain because it now requires two hands to shift...
