    OK I have the same problem with mine. And if you look at it closely it looks like a cup on it's side with a cut out wedge on the bottom to let oil drip out.     Thanks jgmo, The beeping that I speak of is while the engine is lit. There is no code beeps or lights with just the ignition switch on and with the code plug plugged in.

    Yes it's an '04 Honda BF225 four stroke. So now it starts beeping 5 seconds after I start up, 1 second intervals. The check engine light is a steady light on.
