  Definitely plan to test the battery and starter. Without a jump pack it turns over pretty weak.

  Testing the trigger is next on the list. Just didn’t have a meter with me today.

  The mechanic the boat was taken to years ago told the owner the power pak was bad. They replaced the power pak and still got no spark...
