    O.K. I chased a tilt and trim problem for a week.

    I have a remanufactured Showa T&T it would go up but not down tilt rod had no pressure, so I replaced o rings on 3 rods. Issue still persisted then I replaced Motor and Pump assembly still the problem was unresolved. I noticed the installer mangled the new relief valve; he was heading in the...

    Air in system Raise motor lower with manual release valve be careful don't let motor slam down. Open fluid reservoir and bleed Repeat till air is bleed out.

    Get a new motor Arco or chinesium with new oring. Don't forget to top off fluid in pump housing when switching motors.
