Should there be water feeding the EMM immediately after starting? Or do the thermostats need to open?

Just answered my own question....
Checked the other motor and it came out of the EMM in a few seconds.
The other does not....

Water pump or plugged up. T-stat has nothing to do with it.

The vapor canister was clogged. I used some compressed air and it seemed to unclog.
