    Yes using a 3 bolt puller and nothing lol I do have 1 bolt that's different I will try to figure out what size they are and get 3 new ones.

    Yamaha tilt trim motor not working

    Can you get to the wires coming from motor? If so use a battery to test and see if the motor will work without relays/switch. Then go from there.

    Not familiar with the older motors, but i would guess magneto? Problem is i can not for the life of me get the flywheel off. Any tips? I have tried a puller, been soaking it in wd40 will no avail. Thanks

    1985 Evinrude 150 hp no power when engaging prop in water

    i second racerone's post. Maybe to help eliminate some things try it again and if it boggs down push your choke in and see if it helps.

    1979 Evinrude 55 hp will not run full speed without choke.

    Next time you take it out push choke in when it does it and see what it does. It could be a number of things, but may be as simple as a simple carb clean.

    I cant remember off hand but im pretty sure the 75 models just used a solenoid for the power for the up trim? Motor is a 1975 and has a newer 3 wire trim motor on it. Any help i would appreciate

    82 150 duel fuel pump necessary?

    I have a 82 non vro 150 acts like starving for fuel was going to start with pump, it has 2 pumps can i do away with both or is it necesaray? Reason i ask i have a vro delete pump didn't know if i could plug off 1 pulse line and hook it to just 1? Sorry for all questions but seems there is alot...

    Compression question. 1983 235

    I have a 1983 235 has low compression on 2 cylinders 4 have 88-90 other 2 have 30 and 50. I can spray pb blaster in cylinder wall and will bump up compression a little but will go back down. Could it be a stuck ring? Boat still runs just sluggish out of the hole, and feel loss of power. Will...
