    johnson 40hp flooding

    Hello everyone. I have a 1991 Johnson 40hp outboard.. Both carburetors were rebuilt. New plugs installed..I can get it to idle..But after shutting it off, the carburetors leak fuel into the engine, fouling out the plugs. I have checked the float adjustments, and they are good.Cannot figure out...
