      Thank you for that info. It is definitely in the wrong spot then. Would that being in the wrong spot cause it to flood? Not to sound...

      I did find the primer.Mounted on the side of the outboard. Lever was pointed up.

      Yes, I made sure there is light thru the jet down there. Electric primer valve? This is new to me.I am not familiar with this part.
