    1986 Johnson 70 ELCDC cooling water flow issue? or maybe not?

    Howdy folks, first this is a new motor to me. the boat license skipped from 2005 to 2012 so i am assuming it had a 7 year sit and stiffen up time. the motor runs in the driveway on the muffs but no water is coming out of the through hub? I have, replaced the water pump and housing, RE-Removed...
