Hi, I have a 1958 Johnson 18hp. Outboard and am experiencing some oil leaking from the lower unit. What seals need to be replaced and is it a difficult job?

To do anything meaningful, it needs to come apart. Replace all the seals while you are in there. Difficulty is in the eye of the beholder. Hardest part is getting the old seals out.
