1964 Photo Boat help

Trying to identify any info on my grandfathers boat. 1964 is written on the back. Any info you all could provide is appreciated, thanks!

Could have been a kit, the windshield looks unique, plus if its actually port side drive and not just reversed because of the photo, not a lot of boats with wheels on that side. Looks like a Chris-craft but is not. Carver, Correct-craft, Crosby, lots of makes from this era all look similar but I can't pinpoint it.
