" I have a 1972 18ft larson equiped with 140hp mercury inbound motor. My outboard tilt will not work. It seems a hydraulic line is crossed or missing. Does anyone know what line goes from where to where to make all the fuctions work properly??? The pump only has 3 lines attached to the bottom of it now and does not have a place for a 4th, unless its plugged, can't see. The way it sits now is 2 lines from outdrive are attached to bottom of pump, then a line goes from the to pump to the shift unit, and one from the shift unit to the reverse lock, but there is a line missing from the reverse lock (which looses fluid when pump is turn on)but has no where to go. The book showed a 1 line from the outdrive to the pump, 1 reverse lock and 1 from reverse lock to pump again, but does not mention the shift unit at all. Please Help "
