1977 115 HP One Cylinder "blown"

Hi all,

Things went pretty wrong with my engine today - came home and did a few tests, with compression test revealing 100/90/95/50.

Head gaskets have been professionally replaced last season, leaving me to think I'm up for a full engine strip and piston ring replacement?

Anything else I should be checking first?

Pull the head for an inspection.------------Very, very common to have broken rings / damaged piston.-------------Replace all 4 pistons is my advice.

Head first. May be just a blown head gasket.
