Looking for replacement o-rings for carburetor on my 7.5 hp honda. Honda gasket set part # 16010-920-004 is no longer available. Where can I find replacement for this carburetor. Help! Thanks.

If you have the old oring, take it to a place that sells orings and they can check sizing. They are likely metric.

Hi,
I know of no way to purchase new replacement gaskets for these old outboards.

And even if you found a "new old stock" gasket set, I'm not sure I would trust any seal that's been sitting around for 1/2 a century!
But, one option would be to make your own. There is a place in Fontaine,.Ca. called O-rings and Things that I used to help me solve problems like this.

They sell kits for fabricating seals and orings. They are still there although I haven't had my shop for years so I don't know if they're as friendly and helpful as they once were.

The only problem is, a kit that will work for you (you NEED to accurately measure the slot or boss in millimeters) is likely to be very expensive.

A cheaper way to go would be to buy a oring of the correct diameter and cut it. You might be able to effectively tack the ends together with a fuel resistant sealer like Permatex Permashield Orange or Hylomar Blue.

Just make sure you buy an oring large enough in circumference that you have enough material to make two or more attempts. Because, it's not likely that you'll get it right the first time.

Good luck.

Thaks to all for your suggestions. Problem is solved. located o-rings from kit with proper I.D. and modified the O.D. to dimension needed.
