I’m rebuilding an ‘84 Mercury 35 HP with serial number 06491413. I ordered a new top end cap (part number 1167-8277A 1) and bearing (part number 31-62066). When both parts arrived, I was surprised to see a bearing and seal already installed in the end cap, but the installed bearing is different than the bearing I ordered separately. I attached a picture. Should I use the already installed bearing or remove it and install the bearing I ordered separately?
