1987 Stratos bassboat dash questions plus

Three pictures for you. I'm good with knowledge on my 1967 starcraft (doesn't have all this stuff lol) BUT this 87 Stratos bass boat get me and have no book to use as guide. One picture shows a red button and pull out control with settings above it. What are they for?

Next in back under everything are these pumps. I figure two of them being bulge pumps BUT the other two not sure. I have levers on side at drivers seat that are frozen for livewells so what are the others? Time to ask you pros

The red button is for a horn or running spotlights, the knob is for indash flasher depth finder, you have dual bilge pumps, one is manual and other automatic but switch sound say dual and turn both on. You will have two aerator pumps one for front and one for rear livewells

Thank you. The horn button makes perfect sense, it just had me wondering when the guy was pushing on it to start while turning the key LOL. Then I realized he never put in water and was guessing. The in dash depth finder I had no idea because of number. It says pull for suppression. That I don't understand. Maybe you can explain if you don't mind. The middle switch in above picture when toggled looks like it kills or activates dash when toggled. amp gauge zeros out . I'm gonna figure should be off not to drain battery when sitting at home.

Am I at least close?

The middle switch is the accessories power switch. The suppression switch is used to cancel interference when running
 
I live in what was/is the bass boat manufacturing capitol of the US (TN). We had Astroglass,Procraft,Bomber,Phantom,Tennesean,Winner,Hydra-Sport,Stratos,Lotus,Allison,Bullet,BMC,Phoenix,Shipjack,Ebbtide,Nitro,Caymas,NorrisCraft,Vision ,Venture,Javelin..... and I have rigged and drove all brands that I listed.

Excellent then let me pick you brain one more. The levels for opening and closing live well are stuck ( again a 87 Stratos Nashville bass boat) now in stern we have already determined two bilge pumps and two aerators ( one for front & one rear) I must be looking at wrong location for opening and closing valves for tanks. So before I venture out this morning, can you give a clue as where. Must be higher up than I thought.
 
Could be the valve is bad or cable is frozen. Valve will look like below and uses a cable similar to below
