1994 mercury sport jet 90hp.

Hello all. So I have a 1994 sea rayder with a mercury sport jet 90. Needless to say it’s driving me nuts. The plugs i believe tell me the bottom cylinder is not firing. I guess a little back story to this. I owned another one. Bought it for $500 had it running in 2 days. (Haven’t seen a tillotson carb in 49yrs)So I thought if I did it once I can do it again. So I buy this one $500 ,good compression 135-140 ,has spark. So I clean the carbs and it fires right up. Eight weeks later and im in the same boat.lol. No big deal I’ll switch parts from one boat to the other until I figure out what’s bad. Nope the other boat has the candy bar upgrade ignition .So I get the stuff to do the testing and here I am. It has had ignition parts changed before cdi electronics.I have changed the coils ,switch box ,voltage regulator. Same results. Bought test equipment. Here are results. Spark test all jump 7/16in..Triggers ohm 1250,1248,1247 ,stop circuit test 238 volts ,stator low speed 248 volts ,stator low speed resistance 648 ohms ,high speed resistance 29 ohms ,switch box bias 3.48 volts ,primary input voltage #1-151 volts ,#2 172 volts ,#3 151 volts, coils resistance primary.#1 .02, #2 .02 ,#3 .03. Secondary resistance #1 937 ,#2 939 ,#3 936. While the results for the stator resistance says it’s bad according to the service manual my research shows because it’s aftermarket cdi electronics stator it’s good. Yellow wire is disconnected from switch box, rev limiter is completely unplugged. When I remove the plugs the top two are very warm and the bottom one is considerably cooler. I think according to my timing light it is firing at idle. Hell I’ll switch it to the red stator upgrade if it solves the problem just need to know what to buy. The boat will get on plane eventually and do about 18 mph I don’t hear cavitation or high rpm.
