1999 130hp Johnson carb bolts

When removing the 4 carbs, the bolts had old thread locker which I removed when cleaning. My question is, do you apply thread locker to these bolts or just torque bolts to speck? The service manual does not state to apply thread locker to these bolts.

I believe the factory installed them with a thread locker applied by bolt suppler.

Yes use blue locker due to thermal expansion and torque to specs
