Hi!
Last Friday I was looking forward to enjoy some time on the water. While going at idle speed, I didnt notice anything abnormal on the engine's behavior , however when exiting the no wake zone, I went to WOT , but the engine would not go over 2500 RPM. I check to see if they were no obstructions on the water intake and that when I noticed I left the muffs on, after stopping for about 30 min, I wanted to see if it would start to go normal but no success. We tried pumping to.see if it was fuel, but the motor reacted the same way.
We are thinking it might be that the impeller broke (telltale was weak) . We also look at port side temperature sensor, and it is working correctly. We also checked for spark plugs and all 4 are firing, is there anything else we can look at?
