Hi guys, I need help quick. I have a 1999 mariner 150 efi. My primer bulb will not get hard. As I was pumping it I noticed that fuel sprays out of a small brass 90 degree elbow. The brass elbow has a small hole in the center, looks like it was designed that was. The motor will run a wot, it will not idle. Hard to start. The reason being the fuel spraying from small brass elbow, and when it's running and I'm giving fuel it sprays from the elbow also.
The elbow is small and the fuel line connected to it is very small also. It is located on the passenger side under the oil tank on motor.
