Should the exhaust exit out the propeller or below the water line? I have ran this engine 6 or 7 hours on the water now and noticed it did not have exhaust bubbles at idle the last time out.

Look for exhaust coming out much higher up when motor is idling.-----Called --" exhaust relief "---At full throttle exhaust goes out the prop.

It has a small exhause hole just above the water line at on the back of the engine that a lot if exhaust comes out of. Its maybe a little smaller then a dime. Next time I take it to the water I plan to remove engine cover and manually Rev it with my hand in neutral and see if it bubbles. Thanks for the info
