2000 115 Johnson Transom clamp removal

2000 115 Johnson.
The clamps have been soaked in salt water for years.
The snap rings were hard to remove(painted over) and the pins are frozen
in place.
I tried a propane torch to remove the tilt ram pin, didn't budge.
I have a acetylene torch but want to make sure I'm not missing something?
Is it possible to remove the port bracket without pulling the motor.

Part # in your descriptions help.-----But yes the PORT STERN BRACKET can come off without pulling the entire motor off the boat.------Might require supporting the skeg / lower unit.
