Hi all. This is a stock pic, but same carb as mine 2000 115hp Johnson, what's the circled item coming of the carbs for and are they suppossed to be connected to anything? Mine aren't. If not is there any maintenance/cleaning needed. Running a little rough and was just exploring everything. Thanks in advance
