2000 Johnson 115 No electric at all to motor. Ran for about 15 minutes 1st time this season. Ran great on muffs. Turn it off do some celaning came back to it and I have NO ELECTRIC.. Turn key nothing, no beep, not power tilt, no clicking. Notinh I don't even know where to start. Battery is new. All accessories work fine. I did notice when i tried the tilt the relays were buzzing. That was the only sign of life now those are quiet. Please help..PS main fuse not blown
