2001 Johnson 15HP S/N ID

I have what is supposed to be a 2001 Johnson Outboard 15HP, Short Shaft, 2 Cycle motor.
Mod J15T (blank)SI. The ID tag is showing to be voided. I will have to take to TPWD for an inspection in order
to get a bonded title. I cannot use the motor on my boat til this is accomplished.
Freeze Plus is marked G4726263. Is this a valid S/N reference for titling?
All parts that I have ordered per 2001 15HP johnson have worked fine so I think model is good to go.
I Just need to get a lead on the/A serial number.

The number on the welch plug is the serial number.

New Issue: 1992 Johnson J60TLENE. Neutral start switch in the motor control unit on the center console is broken.
I see several variations of a switch on the web, but not sure if these are updated switches that will work. See attached photo.
Can someone supply a part number or replacement?
