My 2003 f115 is idling really rough. Mid and top range works fine. When I'm coming off plane I have to do it slowly or it dies. It's very hard to get it restarted after that. I believe my idle control valve is bad from the research I've done. I also have read that alot of times it takes out the ecu. My question is, if I still ear the idle control valve do the reset rattle does that mean the ecu is alright?
