2003 Honda 130A having issues wot

Just bought boat 2003 Honda bf130A motor motor bucking after 3500 rpm,only has 250 hours runs fine idle through 3,500. Rpm, bogs down above 4,000 rpms and won't idle up,

Suggest you repost question on the Honda forum section of this site where other 130 owners can chime in. Can it get 5000rpm at the dock in neutral no power load? After your hole shot and on plane how soon does this occur? Can you get full power out of it for short bit then limits to 3500 and its repeatable like can go for 500 to 1000 feet let idle and go back 1000 feet? if that happens then its fuel restriction filters lines and vents as once VST is empty it can only give what fuel its getting. If its only giving 3500 after the hole shot then it's probably clogged injectors, VST clog or float issue, or fuel pump issues.
