2005 Johnson 115 PLSOR (2-stroke) weird fuel leak

So there it that PLSOR that I had for... 3 years now, or so. Carbs redone about 2 years ago, VRO pump replaced with the one from previous generations. Runs good, clean (for a 2-stroke), and nice, no sheen on the water.

Developed a weird fuel leak recently. If I let it sit for about a week, about an ounce of fuel comes out from under the plastic midsection cover. ONLY when parked; none of that observed while running the motor or on the water. Can't seem to pinpoint where it is coming from. Ideas?

Thank y'all!

OK. This is what I discovered wrenching around.

The leak is coming from between the metering body and the throttle body. The seal between the two is almost new, but the mating face of the metering body seems to be warped slightly (kinda like the way fuel bowls warp on this model).

I wonder if there is a source for oversized (0.1-0.2 mm thicker) seals that would seal despite the warp?
