2006 BF75 hp. Throttle & Shift cable ends, at the engine.

Hi All,
I bought this engine and need the ends. Throttle & Shift cable ends, at the engine. The shop manual has this - shift pivot.
Parts diagram on Partzilla has this -
CLEVIS, CABLE
17821-921-810

I know it is a clevis, but I don't need the cable. Anyone have a picture or a better part number?

I think the "pivot" description is unfortunate and misleading but it's Honda speak so....
