50hp 4 stroke engine anodes????????

Hi all, today I started my F50 and there was a slight water leak beside the top spark plug. I took off the cap and removed it to find some type of anode. cleaned it up and put it back in but when I tightened the 8mm bolt it the anode snapped. Can anyone tell me the correct name for this anode? There are 4 of them, 1 beside each plug. I can't find my workshop manual atm.
 
I have ordered a new anode and 4 new rubber grommets. The stainless bolts are fine. Will be careful not to over-tighten them. As for the model I thought it was a F50FET. it is an Australian model so not exactly sure. the serial number / model number sticker washed off years ago. Might have to get them to check via a welsh plug number. I do know it was made late 99 and first sold in 2000. Cheers
