60 hp 05 Bigfoot, guidance.

New to these modern motors, and I have a 05 60hp Bigfoot but either keep being directed to the wrong parts information or just can't get an answer. Boat sat last 3 years before I bought it. Local shop quoted me close to 2k to do things like all fluids, plugs, and filters. My god it can't be this tough. I'm trying to get a straight answer as to the proper parts and oils I need for this motor. When I contact the places like my marina or West, they tell me they can't get simple things all because it's a bigfoot. Heck I can't even get the same answer twice on oils.

I have a 2001 60hp bigfoot and I hear ya!
