7.4l oil coming from exhaust.

I have a Mercruiser 340 inboard that is getting water in the oil and oil coming from the exhaust. I replaced the intake manifold gaskets that appeared to be torn. I flushed the oil out several times but still have the oil in the exhaust.
This is a fresh water cooled engine with fresh water cooled exhaust manifolds. There is no sign of oil in the heat exchanger so I am guessing the oil is getting into the raw water somehow.
The head gaskets were replaced recently due to stuck valves caused by bad exhaust risers.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
 
Thanks, I will check that out. I am going to haul the boat out and pull the engine and check it out and re gasket the upper end.
