I have a '75 Evinrude 9.9 that my uncle bought new, it hasn't been started in 5 years. I had to replace the coils plugs & it gets fire to both cylinders. I bought a new tank/fuel line. Fresh non E gas/oil it started & ran for 10 seconds. It has always been hard to pull start,is this normal?
I am thinking about rebuilding the Carburetor or getting a 15hp carb ready to go.
