Are any Honda outboards direct injection?

DI is good on fuel but adds complexity plus a new maintenance requirement to clean the back side of valves of carbon. On autos, this occurs around 150,000kms/100,000 miles.

With outboards doing a lot of low speed trolling, I can see the buildup of carbon happening much faster than in an automobile.

Do any brands of outboard have DI?

I don't know of any but somebody is bound to try it eventually.

When they do, it will open up new complications for DIY maintenance including increased costs for parts like fuel pumps and injectors. Some new tools will be required as well.
