care to comment on my spark plugs?

As I continue learning about my boat, todays project is my kicker.
specifically the spark plugs, see pics. Given what else I am finding about the kicker I'm thinking these plugs are old and check out the build up on them. Should I be concerned or just change them and off I go?

What exactly are you worried about? If the engine is running fine, keep going. Personally, I have outboard engines that have had the same spark plugs in them for five or six years.
A chainsaw that cuts approximately seven bush cords of wood a year plus other year man jobs does not have a spark plug changed in 20 years
