Coil sealing grommet

Changing plugs on 04 BF150 removing coil on #2 the rubber seal came off and remains on plug. can't get it out. Do I need to remove cover? how does the sleeve come out of cal head?

coat hanger filed to point and bent to small hook. forced into grommet and pulled it out

Ha ha! I thought about telling you to smash a coat hanger on the end with a hammer and making the end curved to try to break it loose.
But, not knowing this engine, I was afraid I would be completely wrong and cause you to break something.
